I have recently removed wheat and dairy from my diet and I have never felt better! I'm not gonna lie..it was DIFFICULT at first! I am WAS a bread and cheese loving woman, but I wanted to feel better and challenge myself to get out of my comfort zone. I have recently been reading lots of information on the effects those two simple items (wheat and dairy) have on your body. I was blown away and wanted to find out for myself. The results have been astounding...decreased bloating and joint pain, clarity in my mind - it's like the brain fog was lifted! I started this journey committing to give it a try for 14 days and I haven't looked back. With fall approaching, I quickly realized all of the yummy pumpkin and apple treats I was missing out on because they are filled with wheat and dairy. Of course I had to go searching for alternatives to fill that void...
